Where do you deliver?+
We deliver to homes, apartments, gated communities, and housing societies in and around Kattigenahalli, Bangalore. We also accept bulk orders for schools, hotels, resorts, offices and other institutions — on separate bulk delivery timings. Contact us for bulk enquiries.
What time is milk delivered?+
Morning slot: 5AM – 8AM. Evening slot: 5PM – 7PM. We always aim to deliver within your chosen slot. Bulk institutional orders may have different delivery timings.
Can I pause my subscription?+
Yes! You can pause delivery for any specific date directly from your dashboard, at least 12 hours in advance. You can also resume anytime.
What is the bottle deposit?+
We charge a one-time refundable bottle deposit of ₹100 total (not per bottle per order). A minimum deposit of ₹200 is collected (covers 2 bottles). The full deposit is returned when bottles are given back in good condition. Choose Direct Delivery mode if you prefer no deposit — our person collects the bottle right after delivery.
How do I pay?+
For one-time orders: Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay when you receive your milk. For subscriptions: Prepaid wallet — add balance to your wallet and daily amounts are auto-deducted. Minimum wallet balance required is ₹300. Deliveries are automatically paused if your balance falls below ₹300.
What is the minimum wallet balance?+
Your wallet must maintain a minimum balance of ₹300 for subscriptions to remain active. If the balance drops below ₹300, deliveries will be automatically paused. Please top up your wallet in advance to avoid interruptions.
Is the milk safe to drink directly?+
⚠️ Health Advisory: Our milk is farm-fresh and raw — it is NOT pasteurized or homogenized. We strongly recommend boiling the milk before consumption, especially for children, elderly, pregnant women, and immunocompromised individuals. We comply with FSSAI guidelines (Lic. No: 21225008004544) and follow strict hygiene at every step of the process.
Is the milk pasteurized?+
Our milk is farm-fresh and pure — it is NOT pasteurized. It comes straight from our farm. We follow strict hygiene and quality standards, but please boil before drinking as a precaution. Compliant with FSSAI Lic. No: 21225008004544.
Do you take bulk orders?+
Yes! We supply bulk milk to schools, hotels, resorts, hostels, canteens and other institutions. Bulk orders have special pricing and dedicated delivery timings. Please contact us on WhatsApp or call us for bulk order enquiries.
